Rose is the Laboratory Manager of the Second Laboratory at Happiness Pharmaceutical, the company responsible for over 50% of the Continent's medicine production. Rose is an intelligent and intellectual woman, and is very dedicated to her medicinal research, which is aided by her skill levels in Medicine and Research. She has a quite timid personality due to a lack of self-confidence, stemming from chronic insecurity over her appearance. Despite her natural beauty, for some reason she believes herself to be plain and unattractive, and she is surprised and embarrassed when Rance lavishes her with compliments. She gets along well with her subordinates in the Second Laboratory as well as her boss, Doharas Happiness. She has a cordial relationship with Joseph, who secretly has a crush on her, and is one of the few people he respects.
