One of the Triad(or Three Heavenly Kings) as they called. Troy is the calm girl with quite boyish look, who admired Ria a lot in the past but wants to defeat her now. 

She was Ria's apprentice and it's hinted that she had a crush on her.

She died during the fight  in Sect Falcon's palace but was resurrected by Nero./
