The angst-ridden protagonist with a bitter past, a burden she has to carry throughout her life. Due to the traumatic events that shaped the young Wera into what she is today, she finds difficulty in expressing her feelings or deeming anyone trustworthy for that matter. Even towards the people willing to get involved with her, she maintains a stubborn facade and pushes them away.
