Kotoko is the student council president of the school and also the senpai of Yuuki. Even if she looks serious, she's also very childish. She likes being called "Kotoko-senpai" by her juniors. One of her hobbies is massaging Yuumi's breasts, and Kotoko also loves teasing other people.

Like the majority of the students, she knows Yuuki because of his "incident" with Aya-sensei.
