The CEO of "Black Hound", a private security enterprise which strives to completely eliminate molesters from trains. Her staff are well trained, and each successful arrest increases her and her company's public profile and prestige. She has an arrangement with the police where molesters caught by her employees are subject to "correctional training" before being handed over for formal arrest.

 Sexually abused by her violinist father from a young age, she became frigid as a way to protect herself. When Kiichi sees her in the news, he instantly realises she is not a target he should be going for as she exhibits zero sexual desire. 

Kiichi's first attempt to get her to climax through his techniques fails because of the accumulated stress on his arms. She personally hands him over to her employees to be hauled off to the Black Hound holding facility, all the while denigrating the futility of his crime. 

The "correctional treatment" employed at the Black Hound facility is to subject captive molesters with a taste of their own medicine for hours on end. Molesters subject to this treatment are so traumatised they will never commit the crime again, although it is unknown if this "treatment" is known to the police.

Kiichi's second attempt on a test run of a new Shikansen liner is successful after his treatment and valuable information from Cameo on her family background. 

The release of her molestation video destroys her company's reputation and it is disbanded. She meets Kiichi one last time before the Vatican make the decision to send her to the ark as retribution for her company's actions. /
