Asami used to be Takuya's senpai and his mentor as the school's chemistry club president. Since last year, she has graduated from Miyanomori High School and now she is enrolled at an university in a different town. She was the only scientist that was able to turn female Takuya back into a man again. Once again, her expertise in chemistry is needed because Takuya has this year as well gotten himself turned into a woman. But since Takuya had lost contact with her ever since she graduated, he might not be able to find her in time for her to make a cure. Instead, Takuya might have to rely only on Asami's old rival, Chisato, as she is the only scientist that is reachable at the moment.
