The manager of the "Purple Moon" brothel located in the Braudel Kingdom capital. She is invited by Leona to act as the Maired family's contact in the capital, duties including information gathering at the royal court and providing accommodation for Siegfried when he visits the capital.

Rose sends Yominate onwards to the Maired fief after the latter comes to her establishment seeking employment.

 Although Rose is a high-class prostitute who only services the upper echelons of the nobility, it is Lisa who acts as Rose's body double during sex. Rose is responsible for building up the Purple Moon establishment to its current status. As the former princess of a vanquished kingdom now under Braudel rule, the brothel was supposed to be a front allowing the surviving diaspora to lie low for a chance of revenge. Lisa and Rose saw Siegfried as a potential protector because of his new status and this was a major reason behind their acceptance of Leona's offer despite its lack of financial compensation.

She is revealed to be younger than Siegfried in the game's Omake section. /
