Mirage Noir

Temere Mundi, winter evening.

A young local witch from a certain village placed in the mountainous region of hollow ridges, while searching for her familiar finds a strange glade deep down in the forest. Surprisingly, she finds an unconscious, worn out man, who needed immediate medical support. Ignoring her common sense, she takes him to her place and does her best, healing his wounds and frostbite. Back then, little did she know that this event will change her life forever.

Vienna, the wheat-haired white witch saved the life of a young man from a certain death from freezing. As it occurred later the white haired man named vesper couldn't remember anything from his previous life. Vienna offered to help him regain his memories, but he strongly refused, fearing that he might not like what was hidden in his past. Especially since from the very beginning of their meeting, he manifested his strange and uncommon abilities.

Days were slowly passing by turning into months and eventually years. Vesper has managed to finally find a place in the small community of Vienna's village where she fulfilled an important role of a local matron. Together they were helping the locals with their daily life issues. As the mutual bond between Vesper and Vienna tightens, they decide to spend their lives together as husband and wife.

Unfortunately, Vesper’s past finally gets in the way and their idyllic life is brutally interrupted by sudden events. Their world falls apart and Vesper will have to make some hard decisions. An unexpected journey will bring him more questions than answers. Is he going to regret his previous decision of throwing away the knowledge about his past? Will he be able to save his calm and happy life with Vienna? Not everything was as pretty as it seemed, and all carefully hidden secrets will be brought to light.
