Quay of the Tiber

Two girls went down the steps of the embankment to the Tiber to make beautiful photos of the Castle of St. Angel. They laughed, admired the reflection of the castle in the water, the play of light and silence. It seemed that Rome remained somewhere on the surface. The sounds of cars passing along the embankment and the voices of people were heard as if from afar. Girls slowly moved along the river and suddenly noticed that under the bridge stirred some shadow....
