REJOICE, former citizen, for you have been selected as one of seven Council wards to enter the upcoming anniversary expedition into the Inverted Spire. 

As you know, the Spire is a venomous thorn of chaos spreading its corruption through NEW ORDER. 

Your mission is simple.

Locate the source of the contaminating aura. 

If possible, retrieve it for study. 

If not, DESTROY IT.

SHOULD YOU SUCCEED, all of your crimes will be forgiven, your reputation score reset, and your citizenship fully reinstated. 

As the Governor-Administrator of the Corrective Camps of NEW ORDER, I encourage you to look beyond the failure of those who came before you.
