A mysterious space creature, 'The Cosmic Man,' tries to save the earth from bad space monsters. In the year 21XX, Bad monsters from space threaten our peaceful life on earth. The Cosmic Man suddenly appears and beats the monsters. Cooperating with the earth defense organization, 'CAT (Cancer Attack Team)', Cosmic Man begins to get rid of the damage. People start to see the fighting Cosmic Man and space monsters on a daily basis.

One day, a bad monster comes from space and destroys a city. Pushing his way through the crowd, a boy arrives at the center of the city. His name is Hironobu Kugami. He makes his living by stealing things at fire scenes. The Cosmic Man appears as usual, but the monster beats him. Cosmic Man decides to entrust his powers to a boy. That boy is Hironobu Kugami! From here on, Cosmic Man's attitude really undergoes a change. He starts to request 'girls' and 'money' in return for his efforts. Will the earth remain peaceful? Everything is now on the new Cosmic Man's shoulders... What would you do if the hero were a bad person? What will happen if the hero requests something in return for his work? These are the 2 concepts of this game. This game consists of 14 stories. Players advance through the game by talking with people, but you'll see the cool system of board games when you gather information and fight against monsters.
